I'm Leavin' on a Jet Plane...

Well, today is the day…we (my sisters and I) are off on our European whirlwind. Well the first part is going to be a whirlwind…three cities in 10 days. We are covering a lot of ground in those 10 days: London, Paris, Venice, and ending in Prague where I (and my twin sister) am going to spend 6 weeks studying abroad! It seems so surreal that this time tomorrow I will be in London. It won’t hit me until I’m there but that’s okay, I might freak if it hits me before hand and all three of us can’t be freaking out at once. We leave RDU at 6:50pm and arrive in Boston. Then we leave Boston at 10:30pm or so and arrive in London the next morning around 10:30am where we plan on hitting the ground running. There is so much to see and do and we don’t want to waste a moment of it! It was hard saying goodbye to everyone but remember…”it’s not goodbye, it’s see you later.” Thank you Michelle Cox for those wonderful words of wisdom at this year’s Class Day. I also recall a wonderful song by Regina Spektor: The Call, “you’ll come back when it’s over, no need to say goodbye…”

So until London: Peace out, cub scout! :)
